Adi Kailash Yatra Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Dharchula

Arrive in Dharchula to begin your Adi Kailash Yatra.
Check into the hotel upon arrival.
Complete the inner line permit and medical checkup formalities at Dharchula.

Day 02: Drive from Dharchula to Napalchu (Gunji)

Gunji is a small village at 3200 meters, near the India-Tibet border.
It serves as the base station for Adi Kailash and Om Parvat Yatra.
The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, organized by the MEA (Ministry of External Affairs), India, also passes through Gunji.
The drive from Dharchula to Gunji passes through scenic villages like Chialekh, Garbyang, and Nepalchu, offering breathtaking views of mountains, waterfalls, and rivers.
Accommodation & Meals: Stay in a guesthouse or homestay at Napalchu (Gunji).

Day 03: Drive to Jyolingkong – Visit Mount Adi Kailash

Travel in local jeeps to Jyolingkong (4762 meters) for a holy darshan of Mount Adi Kailash.
En route, witness sacred sites like Kunti Parvat, Pandav Fort, Brahma Parvat, Pandav Parvat, and Parvati Mukut.
Trek 3-4 km further to visit Parvati Lake (Gauri Kund) and Adi Kailash Temple.
- Option to take a holy dip in Parvati Lake and collect holy water.
After a spiritually enriching experience, drive back to Napalchu (Gunji).

Day 04: Drive from Napalchu (Gunji) to Om Parvat via Kalapani – Return to Dharchula

After breakfast, drive to Om Parvat, a sacred mountain where the natural ‘Om’ symbol is formed by snow.
Travel 22 km to Nabhidang (4340 meters), the viewpoint for Om Parvat.
Spend time admiring this divine spectacle, offering prayers, and absorbing the spiritual energy.
After the visit, begin the return journey to Dharchula, marking the conclusion of your Adi Kailash Yatra.

*Note: The costing is for Indian Nationals only, as per group size. Entry of Foreign Nationals is restricted in this area, so we are not taking any bookings of International tourists. GST @5% is applicable on above price.

Important Things to know before booking Adi Kailash Tour

Adi Kailash Yatra happens in high altitude area so one must ensure that he/she is physically fit to travel in such area & must go through proper medical check-up before applying.
This yatra is being conducted in Himalaya region. In case of any natural calamity / emergency for evacuation by Heli service cost will be borne by the Yatri subject to the availability and permission of district administration.
Physically fit person from age of 18 Years to 70 Years is eligible for Adi Kailash & Om Parvat Yatra.
One must have a valid Govt issued id proof (Aadhar Card / Passport / Voter Card / Driving Licence).
Physical fitness certificate by any MBBS doctor before 15 days of commencement of yatra.
Person with foreign origin/ foreign citizenship any other person barred by the rule of Government of India / Uttarakhand Government will not been eligible for Yatra.
